摘要
目的研究中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的应用效果。方法该次纳入该院2019年6月—2020年5月寿光市人民医院消化内科收治的80例溃疡性结肠炎患者展开研究,按照随机数法进行分组,对照组40例予以美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗,观察组40例实施美沙拉嗪加中药灌肠结合治疗。将两组的治疗效果进行对比。结果观察组患者治疗后的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)分别为(11.56±6.40)ng/L、(5.61±1.39)、(15.69±4.28)ng/L,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.941、13.657、9.589,P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的中医症候积分、肠镜下肠黏膜评价评分分别为(4.36±1.37)分、(2.04±0.59)分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.051、7.447,P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率(92.50%)高于对照组,不良反应发生率(5.00%)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.038、6.275,P<0.05)。结论对溃疡性结肠炎患者进行中西医结合治疗安全有效。
Objective To study the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods A study of 80 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology,Shouguang People’s Hospital from June 2019 to May 2020 was included in the study,and they were grouped according to the random number table method.40 patients in the control group were treated with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets,40 patients in the observation group were treated with mesalazine plus traditional Chinese medicine enema combined treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 of the observation group after treatment were(11.56±6.40)ng/L,(5.61±1.39)ng/L,(15.69±4.28)ng/L,respectively,all lower than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.941,13.657,9.589,P<0.05);the observation group's scores of TCM syndrome and intestinal mucosal evaluation under colonoscopy were(4.36±1.37)points and(2.04±0.59)points after treatment,both lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.051,7.447,P<0.05).The total effective rate(92.50%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions(5.00%)was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.038,6.275,P<0.05).Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat patients with ulcerative colitis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
