摘要
天然气长输管道线路截断阀室常因为关断条件设置不合理而不能正确关断,从而影响管道的安全运行,准确设置阀室压降截断阈值和延迟时间对保证管道的正常和安全运行至关重要。以相国寺储气库注采干线铜相线为例,采用Pipeline Studio软件建立包含压缩机、阀室、管道以及地形高程起伏的管道泄漏、压缩抽吸工况动态仿真模型,分析了管道在泄漏与压缩机抽吸工况下的阀室压降信号变化特征。结果表明:①管道运行压力越大,泄漏时监控阀室压降速率越大,而输量对压降变化几乎没有影响;②泄漏孔径越大,阀室压降速率越大;③泄漏点位置距阀室越近时,阀室压降速率越大;④为区分管道正常与事故工况,推荐设定0.03 MPa/min的阀室压降速率为临界值,延时时间为90 s。
Due to improper definition of turn-off conditions,some cut-off valve chambers along long-distance gas pipelines cannot be accurately turned off.Accurate setting the cut-off thresholds of both pressure drop and delay time in the chambers is critical to normal and safe pipeline operation.The main injection-production pipeline from Tongluoxia to Xiangguosi in Xiangguosi underground gas storage(UGS)was taken as an example.And then the Pipeline Studio was used to establish a dynamic simulation model,containing compressors,valve chambers,pipelines,pipeline leakage related to topographic relief,and pumping operation of the compressors.In addition,this model was adopted to analyze the pipeline leakage and the pressure-drop signal change in these valve chambers.Results show that(1)the larger the operation pressure of pipeline,the larger the pressure-drop rate in the valve chambers when leakage happens.Whereas throughput has little effect on this pressure-drop change;(2)the larger the leakage aperture,the larger the pressure-drop rate in the valve chambers;(3)the pressure-drop rate increases with a decrease of distance between leaking point and valve chambers;and(4)to differentiate normal operation and accidents,it is recommended to use the critical pressure-drop rate of 0.03 MPa/min and delay time of 90 s.
