摘要
煤的添加对炭阳极的性能产生了显著的影响,针对焦煤混配阳极的特点,通过添加石墨粉和B2O3对两种优选混配阳极进行改性。石墨粉添加能够显著降低炭阳极的电阻率,并在添加0~2%的范围内有效抑制炭阳极反应活性和脱落率,然而,当添加量超过2%时,混配阳极与空气和CO_(2)反应后脱落率增大。煤沥青中添加少量B2O3能够显著抑制炭阳极空气和CO_(2)反应活性和脱落率;此外,煤沥青中B含量在0~0.1%范围内时能够降低阳极电阻率,添加量超过0.1%后,阳极电阻率随之增大。
The addition of coal has a significant effect on the performance of carbon anode, in view of the characteristics of coking coal mixed anode, the graphite powder and B2O3 are added to modify the mixed anode.The addition of graphite powder can significantly reduce the electrical resistivity of carbon anode, which can also effectively inhibit the reaction activity and exfoliation rate of carbon anode if the addition amount is within the range of 0~2%. However, if the addition amount exceeds 2%, the exfoliation rate of mixed carbon anode increases after reaction with air and CO_(2). The addition of a small amount of B2O3 in coal tar pitch can significantly inhibit the reaction activity with air and CO_(2) as well as the exfoliation rate of carbon anode. In addition, if the B content in coal tar pitch is within the range of 0~0.1%, the anode electrical resistivity can be reduced;the anode electrical resistivity will increase with the addition of more than 0.1%.
