摘要
目的:分析2020年佛山市职业卫生检测实验室的室间比对结果,评估佛山市各职业卫生检测实验室的检测能力和质量。方法:采用四分位稳健(Robust)统计技术对参加室间比对的31家实验室的检测结果进行统计分析,同时以实验室检测结果与其中位数的相对偏差作为实验室检测能力的辅助评价指标。结果 31家参比实验室共提交143项检测数据,其中检测结果评价为合格的有130项,所占比例为90.9%;检测结果评价为不合格的有13项,所占比例为9.1%。活性炭管中苯乙烯和环己烷、硅胶管中甲醇、滤膜中铬和溶液中甲醛的满意率分别为89.7%、86.2%、84.6%、86.2%、和83.3%。佛山地区的参比实验室比对项目合格率为93.0%,非佛山地区的参比实验室比对项目合格率为90.0%,两者之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:佛山地区的职业卫生检测实验室的检测能力处在较高的水平,需要逐步完善实验室的质量管理体系,进一步提高检测的准确性和满意率。
Objective: To analyze the inter-laboratory comparison results of occupational health detection laboratories of Foshan in 2020 in order to find out the detectability of the laboratories. Methods: The results that were submitted by the 31 occupational health detection laboratories which participated in the inter-laboratory comparison were statistically analyzed by four-point robust statistical technique simultaneously the relative deviation between the detection results of each laboratory and the median of the results were considered as the evaluation index of the detectability of the laboratories. Results: A total of 143 items of sample detection results were submitted totally. Thereinto 130 items were evaluated as qualified which accounted for 90.9 % and 13 items were evaluated as unqualified which accounted for 9.1 % in these laboratories. The satisfaction rate of the sample detection results of styrene and n-hexane in the charcoal tube and methanol in the silicone tube and chromium in the millipore filter and formaldehyde in the solution were 89.7 %, 86.2 %, 84.6 %, 86.2 % and 83.3 % respectively.There was no significant difference in the qualified rate of sample test between the laboratories in Foshan(93.0 %) and the laboratories in other regions(93.0 %)( P>0.05). Conclusion: The laboratories in Foshan that participated in the inter-laboratory comparison in 2020 have a relatively high level of occupational health detectability, but on the other side the quality management systems are also needed to be refined step by step in order to ensure the accuracy and satisfaction rate of the detection results.
