摘要
目的:研究孕晚期血清游离雌三醇水平与足月小样儿的关联性。方法:选取2017年9月-2019年6月住院分娩足月小样儿的正常产妇60例,作为试验组;选取同期足月分娩正常体重儿的产妇60例,作为对照组。两组均接受化学发光法测定母体孕晚期的血清游离雌三醇水平,并对分娩后新生儿体重、胎盘重量以及体积进行记录比较。结果:试验组新生儿体重、胎盘重量及胎盘体积均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组产妇孕晚期血清游离雌三醇水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产妇在进入孕晚期后,如果血清游离雌三醇水平低于正常值,则可能会导致出现足月小样儿的情况。所以在临床上建议对产妇进行有效的治疗或进一步护理,提高血清游离雌三醇水平,对于胎儿的成长发育有良好促进作用。
Objective:To study the correlation between serum free estriol levels in the third trimester of pregnancy and small for gestational age infants.Methods:From September 2017 to June 2019,60 normal women who gave birth to small for gestational age infants in hospital were selected as the experimental group.60 cases of normal-weight infants who gave birth during the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups received chemiluminescence method to determine the maternal serum free estriol level in the third trimester of pregnancy,and recorded and compared the newborn weight,placental weight and volume after delivery.Results:The neonatal weight,placental weight and placental volume of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of serum free estriol in the third trimester of pregnancy in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the parturient enters the third trimester,if the serum free estriol level is lower than the normal value,it may cause the appearance of small for gestational age infants.Therefore,clinically,it is recommended to carry out effective treatment or further care for puerperal to increase the serum free estriol level,which has a good effect on the growth and development of the fetus.
