摘要
目的:探讨稳定期支气管扩张症患者症状负担与急性加重的相关关系。方法:选取2018年9月-2019年9月临床确诊的稳定期支气管扩张症患者118例,根据圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评分分为低、中、高症状组。对比三组患者第一秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%pred)、影像学病变、严重程度指数(BSI评分)等;对比分析三组患者未来1年内急性加重次数及住院次数。结果:不同程度症状负担患者的体重指数(BMI)、FEV1%pred、BSI评分、上一年急性加重次数及铜绿假单胞菌(PA)定植比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。高症状组患者急性加重次数增加及住院风险增高(P<0.01);中症状组与低症状组比较无明显差异。结论:高症状负担支气管扩张症患者未来急性加重和住院风险增加。
Objective:To explore the relationship between the symptom burden and acute exacerbation of patients with stable bronchiectasis(branch expansion).Methods:From September 2018 to September 2019,118 patients with stable bronchiectasis who were clinically diagnosed were selected,they were divided into low,moderate,and high symptom groups according to the St.George’s Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)score.The FEV1%pred,imaging lesions and bronchiectasis severity index(BSI scores)of the three groups were compared.We compared and analyzed the number of acute exacerbations and the number of hospitalizations in the three groups in the next year.Results:The comparison ofbody mass index,FEV1%pred,BSI score,the number of acute exacerbations in the previous year and the determination of pseudomonas aeruginosain patients with different degrees of symptom burden,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Patients in the high-symptom group increased the number of acute exacerbations and increased the risk of hospitalization(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the moderate-symptom group and the low-symptom group.Conclusion:Patients with high symptom burden bronchiectasis will increase the risk of acute exacerbation and hospitalization in the future.
