摘要
目的:分析驱虫斑鸠菊丸联合308 nm准分子激光治疗稳定期白癜风的有效性与安全性。方法:2017年1月-2018年6月收治稳定期白癜风患者102例,随机分为两组,各51例。对照组给予驱虫斑鸠菊丸治疗,观察组在驱虫斑鸠菊丸基础上联合308 nm准分子激光治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效与不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:驱虫斑鸠菊丸联合308 nm准分子激光治疗稳定期白癜风患者,具有良好的有效性和安全性。
Objective:To explore the effectiveness and safety of 308 nm excimer laser combined with Quchongbanjiuju pill in the treatment of stable vitiligo.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2018,102 patients with stable vitiligo were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 51 cases in each.The control group was treated with Quchongbanjiuju pills.The observation group was treated with 308 nm excimer laser on the basis of Quchongbanjiuju pill.We compared the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effectiveness and safety of 308 nm excimer laser combined with Quchongbanjiuju pill in the treatment of stable vitiligo is good.
