摘要
目的:探究全科护理对精神分裂症患者自我管理能力及生活质量的影响。方法:2019年1月-2020年6月收治精神分裂症患者74例,随机分为两组,各37例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上开展全科护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组希望水平的高中水平比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理后自我管理能力评分及生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在精神分裂症患者的护理中,全科护理可提升患者自我管理能力,改善患者生活质量和希望水平。
Objective:To explore the effect of general nursing on self-management ability and quality of life of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:From January 2019 to June 2020,74 patients with schizophrenia were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The experimental group received general nursing on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the proportion of high school level of hope level was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,after nursing,the scores of self-management ability and quality of life were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of patients with schizophrenia,general nursing can improve the self-management ability of patients,improve the quality of life and hope level of patients.
