摘要
企业社会工作对内部员工关系管理起着重要作用,开展有效的企业社会工作有利于企业与员工构建良好、和谐的关系。构建与企业发展实际情况相适应的社会工作模式,建立与之相应的发展对策和实现路径,是企业社会工作的目标。
Enterprise social work plays an important role in internal employee relationship management.Carrying out effective enterprise social work is conducive to building a good and harmonious relationship between enterprises and employees.The goal of enterprise social work is to build a social work model suitable for the actual situation of enterprise development and establish corresponding development countermeasures and realization paths.
