生活饮用水检验中两种微生物检验方法的比较分析 被引量:7

Comparison and analysis of two microbiological testing methods in drinking water testing

摘要 目的研究对比生活饮用水中两种微生物检验方法的不同,比较检验水中大肠杆菌菌落数和水样合格率的情况.方法将2019年1-12月不同时间、水厂采集到的生活饮用水水样和未经处理用水水样共400份作为研究对象,两组水样各200份.采用回顾性分析方法,分别采取滤膜检验和多管发酵检验,对比两组检验方法检验出水中大肠杆菌菌落数和水样合格率情况.结果试验组中大肠杆菌、杂菌、耐热大肠杆菌、大肠埃希菌检出率均显著高于对照组检出率(P<0.05);试验组饮用水合格率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义.结论滤膜检验和多管发酵校验均可用于生活饮用水检验,能够有效检验出水中的大肠杆菌菌落数,检测出净化处理后水样合格率.不过,多管发酵检验与滤膜检验对比,其检验细菌检出率更高,值得推广应用. Objective To study and compare the differenre between the two mirrobiologiral testing methods in drinking water,to compare the number of E.coli colonies in the water and the qualified rate of water samples.Methods 400 drinking water samples and untreated water rollerterl from January to December 2019 at different times and locations were used as the research objects,with 200 samples for each of the two groups.Using retrospective analysis methods,the color group filter membrane test and the multi—tube fermentation test were used to compare the two test methods to test the number of E.roli colonies in I he water and the qiialifiration rate of the water sample.Results The detec tion rates of E.coli,miscellaneous bacteria,heat—resistant E.coli,and Escheric hia roli in the test group were significantly higher than those in the rontrol group(P<0.05);the drinking water qualification rate in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),statistically significant.Conclusion Both filter membrane inspection and multi—tube fermentation inspection can be used for drinking water inspection,which ran effectively rletert the number of E.coli colonies in the water and detect the qualifieflrate of water samples after purifiralion.However,ihe multi—tube fermentalion lest has a higher deterlion rate of harteria rompared with the filter test,which is worthy of popularization and application.
