摘要
老年痴呆症是临床常见的一种渐进性神经系统退行性疾病,以记忆、认知能力衰退,社交障碍、行为异常及性格改变等为主要特征。本病病位在脑与肾,致病因素分虚、痰、瘀三个方面,虚为本,痰、瘀为标。因年老肾衰、脑髓失养致神志不明,选药以补益为主,治疗以“补肾益精填髓”为基本原则,常用鹿茸片3 g、败龟板15 g、牛脊髓1条煮汤服,用以填髓补脑,改善脑肾功能,长期服用后可明显提高生活质量,且安全性良好,为临床中药治疗老年痴呆症提供了可行性。
In clinic,Alzheimer’s disease is a common progressive neurodegenerative disease in the elderly population,which is mainly characterized by the decline of memory and cognitive ability,social disorder,abnormal behavior and personality changes.The disease is located in the brain and kidneys,and its pathogenic factors involves three aspects:deficiency,phlegm,and blood stasis,with deficiency as the root cause,and phlegm and blood stasis as the manifestations.Since the disease is usually manifested as unconsciousness due to the kidney failure and nourishment loss in brain marrow as one grows old,supplementing and boosting drugs are mostly preferred,and tonifying the kidney,nourishing the essence and replenishing the marrow is maintained as the basic treatment principle.Decoction,made of velvet antler slices for 3 g,tortoise plastron for 15 g and a piece of bovine spinal cord,is commonly used to replenish the marrow and nourish the brain,improve the mind and kidney function.After long-term use,it can significantly improve the quality of life,with a good safety.The therapy renders the clinical TCM treatment of senile dementia feasible.
