660MW超临界煤粉炉双进双出钢球磨出力低原因分析

摘要 某660 MW超临界煤粉炉煤种变化后,双进双出钢球磨煤机出现高负荷制粉出力不足的问题。通过优化调整试验,从煤位、风温、风量以及钢球配比等方面,分析总结了双进双出磨煤机针对该煤种的运行策略:较高的进口风温有利于增加磨煤机出力,当磨煤机进口风温低于250℃时,应将出口风温限值由70℃适当提高至75℃;在确保风管通畅情况下,通过减小旁路风风量开度以提高进口风温;煤位偏高时,磨煤机效率较低,建议将差压保持在450 Pa左右;合理搭配钢球的直径与装载量,以稳定磨煤机的出力并降低运行电流。 After the coal type of a 660 MW supercritical pulverized coal furnace was changed,the high-load pulverizing output of the double-inlet and double-outlet ball mill became insufficient.The operation strategy of the double-inlet and double-outlet coal pulverizer for this coal type is analyzed and summarized from the aspects of coal level,air temperature,air volume,and steel ball ratio through optimization and adjustment experiments.It is found that:higher inlet air temperature is beneficial to an increase of the output of the coal mill.When the inlet air temperature of the coal mill is lower than 250℃,the outlet air temperature limit should be appropriately increased from 70℃to 75℃.Under the premise that the air duct is unobstructed,the opening of the bypass air volume should be reduced as much as possible to increase the inlet air temperature.When the coal level is comparatively higher,the efficiency of the coal mill is comparatively lower.It is recommended to keep the differential pressure at about 450 Pa.The diameter and loading of the steel ball should be reasonably matched to stabilize the output of the mill and reduce the operating current.
