摘要
本文对多个已有的新建住宅小区海绵城市设计中海绵设施进行数据分析,统计设计阶段达标项目不同的典型下垫面设施相关数据及所占比例,结合相关控制指标的达标情况统计数据,通过综合分析对比,得出住宅小区在海绵城市设计应用过程中,各典型下垫面不同的比例分配规律。此规律用于指导住宅小区海绵城市设计,前期初步设计阶段对总平面图各项下垫面指标控制可以直接参照选用,可以缩短设计时间,降低设计成本,同时避免重复设计,提高工作效率。
This paper analyzes the data of sponge facilities in the sponge city design of several existing newly-built residential communities,and counts the relevant data and the proportions of different typical underlying surface facilities of the projects that meet the standards in the design stage.Combining with the statistical data of the relevant control indicators meeting the standards,through comprehensive analysis and comparison,the different proportion distribution law of the typical underlying surfaces is concluded.This law is used to guide the sponge city design of residential quarters.In the preliminary design stage,the control of the underlying surface indicators of the general plan can be directly selected by reference so as to shorten the design time,to reduce design costs,to avoid repeated design,and to improve work efficiency.
