摘要
自第四次工业革命兴起以来,国内学者逐步聚焦高新技术的人文风险研究,主要从高新技术人文风险的表现形式、成因分析和治理对策等方面进行了探讨。就研究进路而言,一是深入个别高新技术领域讨论人文风险的具体问题;二是从宏观层面入手探讨高新技术人文风险规律。以往研究还可以在突破西方技术哲学范式、实现整体性和具象化研究的融合、深入高新技术黑箱揭示其内在的人文价值及其风险生成机理等方面进一步完善与提升。
Since the rise of the fourth industrial revolution,domestic scholars have gradually focused their research on the topic of high-tech humanistic risk,mainly including its manifestations,cause analysis and governance countermeasures.This paper firstly discusses profound specific issues of humanistic risk in some high-tech fields and secondly explores its laws from macro level.The previous research can also be further improved from the following aspects:breaking through the paradigm of Western technological philosophy,the integration between holistic and concrete research,and deeply exploring the high-tech black box to uncover the inherent human value and the risk generation mechanism.
