摘要
合金钢辙叉产品以其优越的耐磨性以及对整铸高锰钢辙叉的可替换性,受到了铁路局的高度好评,并为其配备了诸多的精密检测仪器。但随着合金钢产品的大范围投入使用,多个路局工电部门普遍反映合金钢辙叉存在大小不一的磁性,对电务信号产生了严重的影响。为了保证铁路的安全性,结合生产工艺开发出了一套合金钢辙叉心轨工件,加工完成后,迅速将工件剩磁消除工艺及设备。通过对新旧退磁设备及工艺的对比,新设备及工艺对剩磁消除效果明显,解决了传统退磁时间长,退磁效果不理想的问题。
The alloy steel frog is highly praised by Railway Bureau for its superior wear resistance and replaceable ability on the whole cast high manganese steel frog,and it is equipped with many precision detection instruments.However,with the wide use of alloy steel products,the magnetic frog of alloy steel on the frog of several road bureaus generally appears,which has a serious effect on the electrical signals.In order to ensure the safety of railway,combined with the production process,a set of technology and equipment for rapidly removing the remanent magnetism of the workpiece after the processing of alloy steel frog heart track workpiece is completed and developed.By comparing the old and new demagnetization equipment and process,the new equipment and process can eliminate the remanent magnetism obviously,and solve the problem of the traditional demagnetization time is long and the demagnetization effect is not ideal.
