摘要
目的:观察丁苯酞联合阿司匹林及氯吡格雷治疗中度急性脑梗死的临床治疗效果。方法:选择2017年6月至2019年1月沈阳医学院附属第二医院神经内科收治的中度急性脑梗死患者120例,按照随机数字表法将患者随机分为丁苯酞联合双联抗血小板治疗组(试验组)以及双联抗血小板治疗组(对照组),每组60例,比较2组患者治疗后NIHSS评分以及治疗效果。结果:2组患者治疗14 d后NIHSS评分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且试验组治疗后NIHSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丁苯酞联合双联抗血小板治疗中度急性脑梗死,可有效改善神经功能,提高治疗效果。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of butylphthalide combined with aspirin and clopidogrel in the treatment of moderate acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 120 patients with moderate acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from Jun 2017 to Jan 2019 were enrolled and randomly divided into butylphthalide combined with dual antiplatelet therapy group(experimental group)and dual antiplatelet treatment group(control group),with 60 cases in each group.NIHSS score and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results:After 14 days of treatment,the NIHSS score of 2 groups was lower than that before treatment and the NIHSS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Butylphthalide combined with dual antiplatelet therapy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve the neurological function and improve the therapeutic effect.
