摘要
目的分析子宫颈球囊在促进自然分娩临床应用中护理方法及效果。方法方便选取2019年5月—2020年5月该院产科96例自然分娩产妇,所有产妇均应用子宫颈球囊促宫颈成熟,根据临床护理的不同模式将其纳入A组与B组,各48例。A组实行常规护理,B组施行优质护理,对比两组的护理效果。结果B组护理后的宫颈Bishop评分高于A组;B组促宫颈成熟效果的总有效率(91.67%)高于A组(70.83%);B组的自然分娩率(93.75%)高于A组(77.08%);B组的总产程时间短于A组;B组的不良妊娠结局发生率(4.17%)低于A组(16.67%);B组的护理满意度(100.00%)高于A组(87.50%),组间差异有统计学意义(t=6.750,χ^(2)=6.838、5.352,t=6.565,χ^(2)=4.019、4.444,P<0.05)。结论优质护理在子宫颈球囊促进自然分娩临床应用中的效果显著,可明显提高促宫颈成熟效果,提升产妇的自然分娩率,且有助于缩短产程时间,减少不良妊娠结局,护理满意度高,值得推行。
Objective To analyze the nursing methods and effects of cervical balloon in the clinical application of promoting natural childbirth.Methods 96 cases of natural childbirth in the obstetrics department of the hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were convenience selected.All the pregnant women were treated with cervical balloon to promote cervical ripening.According to the different modes of clinical care,they were included in each of group A and group B.48 cases in each group,routine nursing was carried out in group A and high-quality nursing was carried out in group B.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Bishop score of cervix in group B was higher than that in group A.The total effective rate in group B(91.67%)was higher than that in group A(70.83%).The rate of natural childbirth in group B(93.75%)was higher than that in group A(77.08%).The total labor time of group B was shorter than that of group A.The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in group B(4.17%)was lower than that in group A(16.67%).The nursing satisfaction of group B(100.00%)was higher than that of group A(87.50%),and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(t=6.750,χ^(2)=6.838,5.352,t=6.565,4.019,4.444,P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing has a significant effect in the clinical application of cervical balloon to promote natural delivery.It can significantly improve the effect of promoting cervical ripening,increase the natural delivery rate of mothers,and help shorten the time of labor,reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes,with high nursing satisfaction,worthy of implementation.
