摘要
目的探析颈源性肩周炎应用中医针灸的治疗效果。方法选择本院2019年1月至2021年1月收治的120例颈源性肩周炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组(观察组、对照组),各60例。两组均给予标准颈源性肩周炎治疗,观察组同时联合中医针灸治疗,对比两组治疗总有效率、治疗前后疼痛程度、肩关节功能活动改善程度。结果观察组颈源性肩周炎患者治疗总有效率(96.67%)明显高于对照组(85.00%),组间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组颈源性肩周炎患者VAS评分明显下降,且观察组疼痛强度改善程度明显优于对照组,组间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组颈源性肩周炎患者Mallet评分明显下降,且观察组肩关节功能活动改善程度明显优于对照组,组间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中医针灸应用于颈源性肩周炎临床治疗的效果显著,可有效改善肩关节疼痛、活动受限等相关症状,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on cervicogenic scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with cervicogenic scapulohumeral periarthritis in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into two groups(observation group and control group),60 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with standard cervicogenic scapulohumeral periarthritis,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture at the same time.The total effective rate of treatment,pain degree before and after treatment and improvement of shoulder joint function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(85.00%),with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).VAS score of patients with cervicogenic scapulohumeral periarthritis in the two groups decreased significantly,and the improvement of pain intensity in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The Mallet score of patients with cervicogenic scapulohumeral periarthritis in the two groups decreased significantly,and the improvement of shoulder joint function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of TCM acupuncture in the treatment of cervicogenic scapulohumeral periarthritis is significant,which can effectively improve shoulder pain,limited activity and other related symptoms,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
