摘要
为了解决经热处理后301不锈钢镀镍结合力不良的问题,研究了化学、电化学除油,化学、电化学浸蚀,以及不同类型的冲击镍工艺对氨基磺酸盐体系镀镍层的影响。结果表明,选取阳极电化学除油、阴极电化学浸蚀,加任一冲击镍的前处理工艺可有效解决上述问题。
To solve the poor adhesion of nickel coating on heat-treated 301 stainless steel,the effects of chemical/electrochemical degreasing,chemical/electrochemical etching,and different nickel striking processes on sulfamate nickel plating were studied.The results show that the problem could be solved by selecting anodic electrodegreasing,cathodic electroetching,and any nickel striking process for pretreatment of the substrate.
