摘要
采用激光共聚焦扫描显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪、螺旋测微仪和维氏硬度计研究了电解质等离子抛光技术对不锈钢零件形状、表面粗糙度、微观形貌、元素成分及显微硬度的影响。结果表明,电解质等离子抛光技术能够以稳定的去除速率打磨零件,显著降低其表面粗糙度,获得均匀一致且无明显缺陷的表面。
The effect of electrolysis and plasma polishing on dimension,surface roughness,micromorphology,elemental composition,and microhardness of stainless steel was analyzed by using confocal laser scanning microscope,scanning electron microscope,energy-dispersive spectrometer,spiral micrometer,and Vickers hardness tester.The results showed that the workpiece could be polished with a constant removal rate by electrolysis and plasma polishing,and a uniform surface with greatly reduced roughness and no obvious defects could be formed.
