摘要
核仪表系统的源量程通道是临界安全监督设备。停堆后,该通道的投运结果经常超过标准。因此,有必要分析这一问题对核安全的影响,研究预防该问题发生的应对措施。对源量程通道投运结果的影响因素进行了分析,得出中间量程通道的γ补偿负高压是主要影响因素的结论。对源量程通道投运结果超标的影响进行了分析,得出该问题存在非预期触发紧急停堆保护或者导致停堆后临界安全监督失效风险的结论。对防止在核电机组的首个燃料循环中发生源量程通道投运结果超标的预防措施进行了研究,给出了按照探测器的γ补偿性能测试结果对中间量程通道的γ补偿负高压进行设置的预防措施,同时给出了根据源量程通道投运结果计算γ补偿负高压调整量的方法。上述预防措施和计算方法已在CPR1000核电机组进行了验证。验证结果表明,这些措施和方法是有效的。
The source range channel of nuclear instrument system is the critical safety supervision equipment.After the shutdown,the results of the operation of the channel often exceed the standard.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the impact of this problem on nuclear safety and study the countermeasures to prevent the occurrence of this problem.The influencing factors of the operation result of the source range channel are analyzed,and the conclusion is that theγcompensated negative high pressure of the intermediate range channel is the main factor.It is concluded that the problem has the risk of triggering the emergency shutdown protection unexpectedly or causing the failure of the critical safety supervision after shutdown.The preventive measures to prevent the operation results of generator range channel exceeding the standard in the first fuel cycle of nuclear power unit are studied.The experimental results of the detector’sγinfluence of compensation performance test results on intermediate range channelγpreventive measures for setting compensation negative high voltage are given.And the method to calculate the negative high voltage adjustment ofγcompensation is given according to the operation result of source range channel.The above preventive measures and calculation methods have been verified in CPR1000 nuclear power plant.The verification results show that these measures and methods are effective.
