壳聚糖/MnFe_(2)O_(4)通孔气凝胶的光催化性能研究

摘要 壳聚糖(CS)是一种天然生物高分子材料,因其可再生与可降解的优点在众多领域得到广泛应用。通过液氮辅助成型工艺制备了具有通孔结构的CS/MnFe_(2)O_(4)气凝胶,首先利用水热法制备MnFe_(2)O_(4)纳米颗粒,再利用液氮构筑温度梯度诱使冰定向生长形成CS/MnFe_(2)O_(4)水凝胶,最后利用冷冻干燥获得具有放射状通孔结构的CS/MnFe_(2)O_(4)气凝胶。为了提高气凝胶的稳定性,利用戊二醛作为交联剂对CS/MnFe_(2)O_(4)气凝胶进行化学交联。利用SEM和XRD分别表征了材料的微观结构和结晶结构,MnFe_(2)O_(4)的加入显著地增加了CS通孔气凝胶对亚甲基蓝的光催化性能.当MnFe_(2)O_(4)含量为20%时,CS/MnFe_(2)O_(4)通孔气凝胶对亚甲基蓝的光催化效率为57%。 Chitosan,a natural biomacromolecule,has been applied in many areas because of its reproducibility and biodegradability.CS/MnFe_(2)O_(4)aerogel with through-hole structure was successfully prepared by liquid nitrogen-assisted freeze-casting.Firstly,MnFe_(2)O_(4)nanoparticles were obtained by an easy hydrothermal reaction.Secondly,CS/MnFe_(2)O_(4)hydrogel was fabricated via directional crystal growth along the major temperature gradient induced by liquid nitrogen.Thirdly,the radial through-hole structure was stayed in CS/MnFe_(2)O_(4)aerogel via freeze-drying method.The obtained CS/MnFe_(2)O_(4)aerogel was crosslinked by glutaraldehyde to enhance its structural stability.The morphology and crystalline structure were characterized by SEM and XRD,respectively.The induction of MnFe_(2)O_(4)nanoparticle endowed CS/MnFe_(2)O_(4)aerogel with excellent photocatalytic property.For example,when MnFe_(2)O_(4)content was 20%,photocatalytic effectiveness of CS/MnFe_(2)O_(4)aerogel to methylene blue reached 57%.
