摘要
为掌握大牛地下古生界含硫气井CO_(2)/H_(2)S共存条件下多因素复杂环境对井筒管材腐蚀影响程度,采用灰色关联分析方法对大牛地含硫气井环境下CO_(2)分压、H_(2)S分压、CO_(2)/H_(2)S分压比、总压、氯根含量、温度等因素进行了主次腐蚀因素计算分析,得出了腐蚀速率与腐蚀因素之间的关联度,并结合腐蚀产物SEM,EDS,XRD的分析对计算结果可靠性进行验证。研究结果表明,影响N80管材的主要腐蚀因素排序为:CO_(2)分压>CO_(2)/H_(2)S分压比>总压>氯根含量,其中CO_(2)分压的关联系数为0.773 8;影响P110管材的主要腐蚀因素排序为:CO_(2)分压>氯根含量>温度,其中CO_(2)分压的关联系数为0.690 5。该方法对于含硫气井管材多因素腐蚀分析具有一定的借鉴意义。
In order to grasp the effect of multi-factor complex environment on the corrosion of wellbore tubing under the coexistence of CO_(2)/H_(2)S in Daniudi Lower Paleozoic sulfur-containing gas wells, using grey correlation analysis method to analyze the CO_(2) partial pressure and H_(2)S partial pressure in Daniudi sulfur-containing gas well, CO_(2)/H_(2)S partial pressure ratio, total pressure, chloride content, temperature and other factors were calculated and analyzed, and the correlation between the corrosion rate and the corrosion factor was obtained, combined with the corrosion products SEM, EDS, XRD the analysis of the results validates the reliability of the calculation results. The results of the study indicate that the main corrosion factors affecting the N80 pipe are: CO_(2) partial pressure>CO_(2)/H_(2)S partial pressure ratio>total pressure>chloride content, and the correlation coefficient of the CO_(2) partial pressure is 0.773 8. The main corrosion factors affecting P110 pipes are ranked as follows: CO_(2) partial pressure>chloride content>temperature, and the correlation coefficient of CO_(2) partial pressure is 0.690 5. This method is accurate and reliable, and can be used for multi-factor corrosion analysis of sulfur-containing gas well pipe materials.
