摘要
重庆市歇马隧道穿越强发育岩溶区域,溶洞大且线溶率高,呈串珠状发育,岩溶水与地表水和基岩裂隙水的水力联系复杂,水量丰富,给隧道的施工及结构的安全带来极大的挑战。依托重庆市歇马隧道工程,介绍了场区岩性和岩溶水的发育情况,针对串珠状溶洞顶板厚度不一,易受施工扰动,填充状态难于探测且富存岩溶水的特征,研究采用超前小导管注浆、开挖后全断面径向注浆、局部注浆、补注浆四种堵水方案,制定了相应的防治原则和注浆参数,针对岩溶的不同发育程度和发育位置,指出了2种不同的溶洞处治方案。研究表明,所提出的溶洞处理方案以及岩溶水防治方案切实可行、合理,达到了预期的效果,保障了隧道的顺利贯通。研究成果可为富水串珠状岩溶隧道的掘进和支护提供参考和借鉴,也可为相关科学研究提供基础资料。
The Xiema Tunnel in Chongqing passes through the strong karst area.The karst cave is large and has high linear dissolution rate.It is developed in beaded shape.The hydraulic connection between karst water and surface water and bedrock fissure water is complex,and the water volume is rich,which brings great challenges to the construction and structural safety of the tunnel.Based on the Xiema tunnel project in Chongqing,this paper introduces the development of lithology and karst water in the site area.In view of the characteristics that the roof thickness of beaded karst cave is different,it is easy to be disturbed by construction,the filling state is difficult to detect and rich in karst water,four water blocking schemes are studied,including advanced small pipe grouting,full section radial grouting after excavation,local grouting and supplementary grouting.The corresponding prevention principles and grouting parameters are formulated,and two different treatment schemes for karst caves are pointed out according to different development degrees and locations of karst caves.The research shows that the proposed scheme of karst cave treatment and karst water prevention and control is feasible and reasonable,which achieves the expected effect and ensures the smooth connection of the tunnel.The research results can provide reference for the excavation and support of rich water beaded karst tunnel,and also serve basic data for related scientific research.
