摘要
电力应急电源车是电力保障的一种重要方法,有效缩短了用户停电时间并提高了供电与保发电可靠性。基于应急电源车的实际使用经验,从现场勘查、负荷容量匹配、低压用户母线接排、运行参数监测这4个方面进行了应急电源车的现场应用研究,对应急电源车在使用过程中存在的关键技术问题展开了系统讨论。研究结果对于规范应急电源车的正确使用、提升操作人员的电力应急保电能力以及充分发挥应急电源车在保障电力供应中的重要作用具有现实意义。
Using electric emergency power supply vehicle is an important method of electric power guarantee,which can effectively shorten the blackout time of users and improve the reliability of power supply,guarantee and generation.Based on the practical use experience of emergency power supply vehicle,the field application of emergency power vehicle is discussed from four aspects,including scene investigation,capacity matching,bus connection of low-voltage users and operation parameter monitoring,and the key technical problems existing in the use of emergency power supply vehicle are discussed systematically in this paper.The research results have important practical significance for standardizing the correct use of emergency power supply vehicle,improving the emergency power guarantee ability of operators and giving full play to the important role of emergency power supply vehicle in ensuring power supply.
