多模式教学在麻醉专科护士基地培训中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨多模式教学在麻醉专科护士基地培训中的应用效果。方法:通过翻转课堂教学、临床实践教学、小组讨论教学、情境模拟教学和PBL教学等多模式教学方法在麻醉专科护士基地培训教学中的实施,制定学员综合能力评价量表、教学评价量表以及学员满意度调查表,评价多模式教学在麻醉专科护士基地培训中的应用效果。结果:基地培训后,学员综合能力评价比培训前有明显提高(P<0.05),教学实践评价整体满意度为96.36%,学员培训满意度均高于3.5分(总分5分)。结论:多模式教学充分调动了麻醉专科护士的能动性和积极性,提高了学员的综合能力,为麻醉专科护士培训提供了方向和参考。 Objective:To explore the application effect of multi-mode teaching in the training of nurse anesthetist base.Methods:According to the flipped classroom teaching,clinical practice teaching,group discussion teaching,simulation teaching and PBL teaching,such these multi-mode teaching methods which applied in anesthesia specialty nurse training base,to develop students’comprehensive ability evaluation scale,teaching evaluation scale and student satisfaction survey,therefore,evaluating the effect of multimodal teaching applied in anesthesia specialty nurses training base.Result:The evaluation results of trainees’comprehensive ability after training in the base is significantly improved compared with that before training(P<0.05),the overall satisfaction of teaching practice evaluation is 96.36%,and the training satisfaction of trainees is higher than 3.5 points(5 points in total).Conclusion:Multi-mode teaching has fully mobilized the initiative and enthusiasm of anesthetist nurses,improved the students’comprehensive ability,and provided direction and reference for the training of nurses anesthetist.
