康复训练联合神经营养治疗对脑外伤患者康复期神经细胞因子分泌及氧化应激反应的影响探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析康复训练联合神经营养治疗对脑外伤患者康复期神经细胞因子分泌及氧化应激反应的影响。方法100例脑外伤患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组患者给予神经营养治疗,研究组患者给予康复训练联合神经营养治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果及治疗前后神经细胞因子分泌指标、氧化应激反应指标。结果治疗4周后,两组神经递质谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、超氧化物歧化酶及丙二醛水平均优于治疗前,且研究组神经递质谷氨酸(6.19±1.31)ng/ml、天冬氨酸(7.19±1.21)ng/ml、超氧化物歧化酶(78.19±9.31)U/ml及丙二醛(6.19±1.31)ng/ml均优于对照组的(9.21±1.57)ng/ml、(12.12±1.30)ng/ml、(58.21±7.45)U/ml、(8.45±1.67)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率96.00%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑外伤患者应用康复训练联合神经营养治疗临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者神经细胞因子分泌指标及氧化应激反应指标,值得推广。 Objective To analyze the effects of rehabilitation training combined with neurotrophic therapy on neurotrophic cytokine secretions and oxidative stress reactions in traumatic brain injury patients in convalescence.Methods A total of 100 patients with traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received neurotrophic therapy,while patients in the research group received rehabilitation training combined with neurotrophic therapy.The therapeutic effect,neurocytokine secretion index and oxidative stress response index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of neurotransmitters glutamate,aspartate acid,superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde in both groups were better than those before treatment,and the levels of neurotransmitters glutamate(6.19±1.31)ng/ml,aspartate(7.19±1.21)ng/ml,superoxide dismutase(78.19±9.31)U/ml and malondialdehyde(6.19±1.31)ng/ml in the research group were better than(9.21±1.57)ng/ml,(12.12±1.30)ng/ml,(58.21±7.45)U/ml and(8.45±1.67)ng/ml in the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 96.00%in the research group was higher than that 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of rehabilitation training and neurotrophic therapy has significant clinical efficacy on patients with traumatic brain injury,and it can effectively improve neurocytokine secretion index and oxidative stress response index of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
