摘要
嘌呤及其衍生物是生物学中核酸合成、能量储存和信号传导的重要分子。大量的研究表明,在多种疾病发展的过程中均存在嘌呤代谢失衡,因此对嘌呤及其衍生物的实时监控有助于疾病的早期诊断和治疗。黄嘌呤由于作为嘌呤降解途径的中间产物,一直是嘌呤代谢过程研究的重点之一,故本文对黄嘌呤及其代谢相关酶在肿瘤发展治疗过程中的变化进行综述。
Purines and their derivatives are important molecules in nucleic acid synthesis,energy storage and signal transduction in biology.A large number of studies have shown that purine metabolism imbalance exists in the development of many diseases.Therefore,the real-time monitoring of purine and its derivatives is helpful to the early diagnosis and treatment of diseases.Xanthine,as an intermediate product of purine degradation pathway,has been one of the focuses of purine metabolism.This article reviews the changes of xanthine and its metabolism related enzymes in the process of tumor development and treatment.
