摘要
如何高效地实现人才培养模式转型是新工科人才培养理念落地的关键。本文设计了以项目为中心的计算机科学与技术专业人才培养模式,具体体现为以项目实践为载体完成"知识—能力—素质"同步培养以及"校企深度合作"与"项目式实践教学平台"相结合的新人才培养模式,并在北京科技大学进行了人才培养实践,大幅提升了毕业生竞争力。教学改革成果被应用到百余所高校,形成了显著的成果辐射效应。
How to effectively realize the transformation of talent training model is the key to the implementation of new engineering talent training concept. A project-centered talent training model in computer science and technology department is designed, which is embodied in the simultaneous training of "knowledge-ability-quality" with project practice as the carrier, and combining "school enterprise deep cooperation" with "project-based practical teaching platform". This talent training model has been carried out in University of science and technology Beijing. The competitiveness of graduates has been improved greatly. The achievements of teaching reform have been applied to more than 100 colleges and universities, forming a significant radiation effect.
