摘要
目的分析2010-2019年北京市通州区60岁及以上人群法定传染病流行趋势及特征,为制定防控策略提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对2010-2019年北京市通州区60岁及以上人群法定传染病数据进行流行特征分析。结果2010-2019年通州区60岁及以上人群共报告法定传染病22种8985例,年均报告发病率为499.65/10万。甲乙类传染病报告发病率总体呈下降趋势(P_(趋势)<0.001),丙类传染病报告发病率呈现先下降后升高的波动变化。甲乙类和丙类传染病发病年龄均以60~74岁为主,报告发病率均随年龄增长呈上升趋势(P_(趋势)<0.001)。甲乙类传染病发病前3位的病种为肺结核、病毒性肝炎和梅毒,丙类传染病发病前2位的病种为流行性感冒和其他感染性腹泻病。结论北京市通州区老年人传染病发病率较高,肺结核、病毒性肝炎、梅毒、流行性感冒和其他感染性腹泻病为防控重点。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of notifiable infectious diseases among people aged 60 and over in Tongzhou District of Beijing during 2010 to 2019 and provide scientific evidence for the formulation of the prevention and control strategies.Methods Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of notifiable infectious diseases among the elderly aged 60 and over in Tongzhou District of Beijing during 2010 to 2019.Results A total of 8985 cases of 22 types of notifiable infectious diseases were reported among the elderly aged 60 and over in Tongzhou District of Beijing during 2010 to 2019,with an average annual reported incidence of 499.65/10^(5).The reported incidence of Class A and B infectious diseases showed a downward trend(P_(trend)<0.001).The incidence of Class C infectious diseases showed a fluctuation which first decreased and then increased.The age of onset of Class A,B and C infectious diseases was mainly from 60 to 74 years old,and the reported incidence increased with the increase of age(P_(trend)<0.001).The top 3 infectious diseases of Class A and B were tuberculosis,viral hepatitis and syphilis,and the top 2 infectious diseases of Class C were influenza and other infectious diarrhea.Conclusion The incidence of infectious diseases among the elderly in Tongzhou District of Beijing is relatively high,and tuberculosis,viral hepatitis,syphilis,influenza and other infectious diarrhea are the foci for disease prevention and control.
