摘要
为了实现煤炭产业和生态环境的协调发展,促进黄河流域的高质量发展。构建黄河流域煤炭产业发展和生态环境保护耦合协调评价指标体系,对2005—2019年黄河流域煤炭产业发展和生态环境保护的耦合关系进行研究。结果显示:黄河流域煤炭产业发展指数和生态环境保护指数整体均呈现波动上升趋势;黄河流域煤炭产业发展和生态环境保护的耦合关系较为密切,且受煤炭产业发展的影响较大;煤炭产业发展和生态保护趋于良性协调发展态势,但区域间差异显著,中游地区耦合协调度最高,下游地区次之,上游地区的耦合协调发展水平最低。
In order to realize the coordinated development of the coal industry and the ecological environment,and promote the highquality development of the Yellow River Basin.This paper constructs a coordinated evaluation index system for the development of the coal industry in the Yellow River Basin and the ecological environment protection,and studies the coupling relationship between the development of the coal industry in the Yellow River Basin and the ecological environment protection from 2005 to 2019.The results show that the coal industry development index and the ecological environment protection index of the Yellow River Basin show a fluctuating upward trend as a whole;the coal industry development and ecological environment protection in the Yellow River Basin are closely coupled with each other and are greatly affected by the development of the coal industry;Ecological protection tends to be a trend of benign and coordinated development,but there are significant differences between regions.The middle reaches of the region have the highest degree of coupling and coordination,followed by the downstream regions,and the upstream regions have the lowest level of coupled and coordinated development.
