摘要
在互联网的催化下,会计核算方式发生了革命性变化。高校传统的管理会计专业人才培养模式已无法适应这一变化。管理会计产学研协同育人是破解这一难题的重要途径。高校应充分发挥政府的监管作用,增强企业的合作动力,提升“双师型”教师队伍素质,深化校企融合力度,培养出合格的、满足企业需求的管理会计人才。
Under the influence of the internet,the financial accounting method has been transformed to a brand new model.Traditional talent cultivation of management accounting cannot adapt to this change.Thus,industry-university-research cooperative education is a curcial way to solve this issue.It’s pivotal to make the government play a key role in supervision,enhance the enterprises’cooperative motivation;deepen the university-enterprise cooperation,cultivate qualified management accounting talents to meet the demands of enterprise.
