饲粮添加糖蜜对湖羊及其杂种生长性能和养分消化的影响 被引量:3

Effects of molasses on growth performance and nutrient digestion of Hu sheep and its hybrids

摘要 采用2×2两因子(A,B)完全随机试验设计,其中A因子为湖羊和澳湖杂种(澳洲白×湖羊)2个品种,B因子为饲粮类型,分别为空白对照和添加糖蜜,旨在研究其对羔羊生长性能、养分消化和肉品质的影响。结果表明:澳湖杂种羔羊21、42、63 d体重均显著高于湖羊(P<0.05),且其1~21 d和22~42 d的平均日增重均显著高于湖羊(P<0.05)。澳湖杂种羔羊宰前活重、胴体重、有机物(OM)摄入量和消化率均显著高于湖羊(P<0.05),但其尾脂重显著低于湖羊(P<0.05)。饲粮添加糖蜜对羔羊体重、平均日增重、pH、肉色、熟肉率和干物质(DM)、OM、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)养分消化率均无显著影响(P>0.05),但其显著改善了羔羊尾脂重(P<0.05)。羔羊品种和饲粮类型交互作用对22~42 d羔羊体增重有影响(P=0.08),但对屠宰性能、肉品质和DM、OM、ADF、NDF消化率均无显著性影响(P>0.05)。由此可见,澳湖杂种羔羊生长性能、肉品质和养分消化均优于湖羊。饲粮添加5%糖蜜对羔羊生长性能、肉品质和养分消化均无不利影响。 A 2×2 factorial design with two factors(A,B)was used,in which factor A was Hu sheep and Ao-Hu hybrid(Australian white sheep×Hu sheep),and factor B was the diet type,which was without molasses or adding molasses,respectively.The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of molasses on growth performance,nutrient digestion and meat quality of lambs.The results showed that the body weight of Ao-Hu hybrid lambs at 21,42 d and 63 d were significantly higher than that of Hu sheep(P<0.05),and the average daily gain of day 1~21 and day 22~42 was significantly higher than that of Hu sheep as well(P<0.05).The live weight,carcass weight,organic matter(OM)intake and digestibility of Ao-Hu hybrid lambs were significantly higher than those of Hu sheep(P<0.05),but their tail fat weight was significantly lower than that of Hu sheep(P<0.05).There was no significant effect on body weight,average daily gain,pH,meat color,cooked meat rate,dry matter(DM),OM,acid detergent fiber(ADF)and neutral detergent(NDF)digestibility(P>0.05),but the tail fat weight of lambs was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The interaction between breed and diet type had an effect on average daily gain of lambs during 22~42 d(P=0.08),but had no significant effect on slaughter performance,meat quality and nutrient digestibility of DM,OM,ADF,NDF(P>0.05).The results indicated that the growth performance,meat quality and nutrient digestibility of Ao-Hu hybrid lambs were better than those of Hu sheep.5%molasses had no negative effects on growth performance,meat quality and nutrient digestibility of lambs.
