空冷距离对旋压管焊缝性能的影响

摘要 为了解决空调储液器管旋压缩口产生气孔的问题,提出了空冷和水冷组合的工艺优化方案,设计了独立循环冷却装置,并在Φ76 mm高频焊管机组上进行了试验。结果显示,增大空冷距离能有效改善焊缝性能,缩小焊缝与母材的差异,提高延展均匀性。研究表明,适当提高空冷距离可调节旋压管焊缝性能均匀性,为小直径薄壁管的工艺优化提供了借鉴。 In order to solve the problem of air hole in the spinning and compressing port of the air-conditioning liquid storage pipe,the optimization scheme of the air-cooling and water-cooling combination was put forward,the independent circulation cooling device was designed,and the test were carried out on theΦ76 mm high frequency welded pipe unit.The results show that the increase of air cooling distance can effectively improve weld properties,narrowing the difference of weld and parent metal,improve the extension uniformity.Properly increasing the air cooling distance can adjust the weld performance uniformity of spinning pipe,which also provides a reference for the process optimization of small diameter thin wall pipe.
