摘要
本文以料液比、提取次数、提取时间为考察因素,以D-葡萄糖为对照品,粗多糖提取得率为指标,采用正交试验对药食同源四君子汤粗多糖的提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,当料液比1∶8,提取次数3次,提取时间90 min时,此条件下的提取工艺操作更简单、成本低廉,易于工业化生产。
In this paper,the extraction process of crude polysaccharide from medicine and food homologous Sijunzi decoction was optimized by orthogonal test with the material liquid ratio,extraction times and extraction time as the investigation factors,D-glucose as the reference substance and the extraction yield of crude polysaccharide as the index.The results showed that when the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶8,the extraction times were 3 times and the extraction time was 90 min,the extraction process under this condition was simpler,lower cost and easy for industrial production.
