摘要
提高农业绿色全要素生产率是实现农业高质量发展的关键。文章采用SBM-ML指数法对2009-2018年我国30个省份的农业绿色全要素生产率进行测算,借助熵值法评估新型城镇化水平,在此基础上运用双向固定效应模型分析新型城镇化对农业绿色全要素生产率的影响。结果表明:(1)2009-2018年我国农业GTFP的年均增长率为6.13%,农业GTFP的增长主要依赖于技术进步推动,农业GTFP增长区域差异明显,呈现出西部高于东部、东部高于中部的演化特征;(2)新型城镇化对农业绿色全要素生产率具有显著的促进作用,且新型城镇化主要依靠农业绿色综合效率的提高而非绿色技术的进步;(3)新型城镇化对农业绿色全要素生产率的促进作用的深层次原因在于,新型城镇化能够带动绿色纯技术进步指数提高,但抑制了农业规模效率。
Promoting the agricultural green total factor productivity is the key to achieve high-quality agricultural development.Using the SBM-ML model to calculate the agricultural green total factor productivity of 30 provinces in China from 2009 to 2018,the new urbanization index was constructed with the help of entropy method.On the basis,the bidirectional fixed effect model was used to analyze the new urbanization on agricultural GTFP,the study found that the annual growth rate of agricultural TFP of 30 provinces in China was 6.13%,and the growth of a gricultural GTFP was mainly promoted by agricultural technical progress;the agricultural GTFP growth showed significant regional difference,manifested by the facts that the growth of the western region was higher than that of the eastern region,which was higher than that of the central region;the new urbanization had a significant role in promoting agricultural green total factor productivity,and the new urbanization mainly rely on the improvement of agricultural green overall efficiency rather than technological progress.Finally,The deep-seated reason for the promotion of the new-type urbanization to the agricultural green total factor productivity is that the new-type urbanization can drive the improvement of the green pure technological progress index,but inhibit the scale efficiency of agriculture.
