摘要
结合多年的从业经验和实践心得,着重从方法、人员、设备等方面详细分析了影响钻孔车间效率的几个常见问题,具体包括钻孔车间机器开动率、钻孔机参数设置、钻孔程序路径、钻孔排机、钻孔叠板设计等。
Combined with the author's years of working experience and practical experience,this paper analyzes several common problems affecting the efficiency of drilling workshop from methods,personnel,equipment and other aspects in detail.The problems include the machine driving rate in drilling workshop,the drilling machine parameter setting,the drilling program path,the drilling machine arrangement,and the drilling stacking plate design.
