摘要
传统精密检测仪器只能以不动点为基准进行固定式测量。为了实现精密检测仪器跟随机床主轴移动同时进行高精度回转检测,提出了一种新型精密检测仪器机械结构方案。设计基于该结构的检测方案并对误差进行分析,提出误差补偿的计算方法并利用MATLAB进行数据拟合。该方法思路新颖、方案可行,具备一定的参考价值。
Traditional precision measuring instrument only can be used to measure with fixed point as reference.To realize high precision rotation detection,a new precision measuring instrument structure scheme was proposed.The detection scheme based on this structure was designed and the error was analyzed.The calculation method of error compensation was proposed and the data fitting was carried out by using MATLAB.The method is novel and feasible,and has certain reference value.
