摘要
目的:观察定经汤合归脾汤治疗脾肾不足、气滞湿阻型月经过少的临床效果。方法:选取2020年2月至2021年2月广州中医药大学东莞医院收治的68例月经过少患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法,分为对照组和研究组,每组各34例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用定经汤合归脾汤治疗。比较两组疗效,治疗前、治疗3个周期后症状积分、子宫内膜厚度、血清性激素水平[黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、孕酮(P)]及不良反应等指标。结果:研究组总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的76.47%(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组症状积分低于对照组,子宫内膜厚度大于对照组,血清P、LH水平高于对照组,FSH水平低于对照组(均P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:定经汤合归脾汤治疗脾肾不足、气滞湿阻型月经过少疗效显著,可改善临床症状,提高子宫内膜厚度,调节血清性激素水平,安全性较高。
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Dingjing Decoction and Guipi Decoction in treating spleen and kidney deficiency and oligomenorrhea with stagnation of qi and dampness.Methods:A total of 68 patients with oligomenorrhea who were admitted to Dongguan Hospital,Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and a study group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with Dingjing Decoction and Guipi Decoction on the basis of the control group.To compare the curative effect of the two groups,the symptom score,endometrial thickness,serum sex hormone levels[luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),progesterone(P)]and adverse reactions before and after 3 cycles of treatment index.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 94.12%,which was higher than 76.47%of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the symptom score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the endometrial thickness was greater than that of the control group,and the serum P and LH levels were high In the control group,the FSH level was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dingjing Decoction and Guipi Decoction are effective in treating spleen-kidney deficiency and oligomenorrhea with stagnation of qi and dampness.It can improve clinical symptoms,increase endometrial thickness,and regulate serum sex hormone levels.It has high safety.
