摘要
"方证相应"的科学内涵是中医理论的研究热点,但目前对"方证相应"内涵的认知及在此基础上的具体运用仍有不足。提出"方证相应"的本质并非强调一证只对一方,而是方证之间广义的相应。从《伤寒论》"证"内涵的角度分析,"方证相应"乃是中医理论系统中理法方药规律的具体体现;而在现代药理学视域下"方证相应"实则是药证对应。对"方证相应"内涵的解构能更好地指导临证运用,扩大复方的主治范围。
Scientific connotation of“correspondence between formulas and syndromes”has been a research hotspot of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory,however,current understanding and specific application are still insufficient.It is proposed that“correspondence between formulas and syndromes”is not to emphasize that one syndrome only corresponds to one formula,but should be understood in a more generalized way in terms of correspondence.From the connotation of“syndromes”in Treatise on Febrile Disease(《伤寒论》),the“correspondence between formulas and syndromes”is the concrete perception of the principles,methods,formulas,and medicinals in TCM theory;and from the modern pharmacology perspective,it is actually the correspondence between medicinals and syndromes.The discussion on the connotation of“correspondence between formulas and syndromes”can make better guidance on clinical application and larger indications of compound formulas.
