摘要
采取乙醇浸提法、纤维素酶辅助法、超声波法以及微波法从石榴皮中提取黄酮类物质。用NaNO_(2)-Al(NO_(3))_(3)比色法测定黄酮类物质的含量,结果表明,微波法的提取率最高,可达4.725%。研究了石榴皮提取物中黄酮类物质对DPPH·、·OH和·O_(2)^(-)的清除能力,研究结果表明,石榴皮提取物中黄酮类物质的抗氧化性较VC强,为石榴的开发利用提供理论基础。
This article takes the ethanol extraction, cellulase assisted, ultrasonic and microwave to extract flavonoids from pomegranate. Determination of flavonoids,content is used to NaNO_(2)-Al(NO_(3))_(3) colorimetric, and experiment showed that the microwave extraction of flavonoids is highest extraction rate in pomegranate, extraction rate is up to 4.725%;antioxidant properties of pomegranate flavonoids were studied by scavenging DPPH·、·OH and·O_(2)^(-).The results showed that the antioxidant activity of flavonoids was stronger than VC. The study can provid certain reference with development and utilization of pomegranate.
