摘要
通过浇铸法制备了块状TiO_(2)-BaO-ZnO-SiO_(2)-R_(2)O晶质玻璃。采用拉曼光谱研究了TiO_(2)/BaO对晶质玻璃结构的影响,采用UV-Vis分光光度计和阿贝折射仪测定了玻璃的透过率和折射率,用干福喜法计算了平均色散,用维氏硬度计测试了玻璃的硬度。研究结果表明:随TiO_(2)/BaO比例的增大,可见光部分透过率由88.6%逐渐下降到85.2%;折射率由1.672升高到1.698;玻璃色散值呈线性递增趋势;硬度先增大后减小。
Bulk TiO_(2)-BaO-ZnO-SiO_(2)-R_(2)O crystalline glass was prepared by casting method,and the effect of TiO_(2)/BaO on glass structure was studied by Raman spectroscopy.UV-Vis spectrophotometer and Abbe refractometer were used to measure the change rule of transmittance and refractive index of glass.Gan Fuxi method was used to calculate the average dispersion of glass,and Vickers hardness tester was used to measure the hardness of glass.The results show that as the ratio of TiO_(2)/BaO increases,the transmittance of visible light gradually decreases,from 88.6%to 85.2%;the refractive index increases from 1.672 to 1.698;the glass dispersion value shows a linear increasing trend;the hardness appears to increase first and then decrease.
