摘要
目的探讨中医综合干预对早期先兆流产患者妊娠结局的影响。方法选择江西省新余市中医院妇产科2019年1月-2019年12月进行治疗的60例患者纳入本次研究。按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组30例。对照组给予黄体酮胶囊治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上联合进行中医综合干预。观察出血停止时间、腹痛缓解时间、腰痛缓解时间、治疗时间、负性情绪、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评分、保胎成功率。结果观察组出血停止时间、腹痛缓解时间、腰痛缓解时间均较对照组早,治疗时间较对照组短,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后医院焦虑量表(Hospital anxiety scale,HAD-S)和医院抑郁量表(Hospital depression scale,HAD-D)、PSQI评分均低于干预前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组保胎成功率较高,为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的80.00%(24/30),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医综合干预对早期先兆流产患者妊娠结局有积极的影响,可以缩短产妇的出血停止时间、腹痛缓解时间、腰痛缓解时间、治疗时间,改善HAD-S、HAD-D、PSQI评分,提高保胎成功率。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on the pregnancy outcome of early threatened abortion patients.Methods 60 patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were included in this study.According to the control method of random number table,the patients were divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was given progesterone capsule treatment.The observation group was given comprehensive intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The bleeding stop time,abdominal pain relief time,low back pain relief time,treatment time,negative mood,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score and the success rate of pregnancy preservation were observed.Results The bleeding stop time,abdominal pain relief time,low back pain relief time were earlier in the observation group than the control group,the treatment time was shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of Hospital Anxiety Scale(HAD-S),Hospital Depression Scale(HAD-D)and PSQI in observation group after intervention were lower than those before intervention and control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of fetal preservation in the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that in the control group(80.00%(24/30)),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive intervention of traditional Chinese medicine has a positive effect on the pregnancy outcome of patients with early threatened abortion.It can shorten the bleeding stop time,abdominal pain relief time,low back pain relief time,treatment time,improve the scores of HAD-S,HAD-D and PSQI,and improve the success rate of birth protection.
