摘要
以白土精制后的南阳微晶蜡为原料,采用一段串联工艺,考察反应温度、体积空速、氢蜡比等对加氢产品性质的影响,并在相同的工艺条件下,考察了不同滴熔点的微晶蜡加氢难易。结果表明,在考察的工艺条件下,一反温度和体积空速对加氢效果影响最大,随着反应温度的降低,产品的颜色号由0.4升高到1.4,体积空速由0.2 h^(-1)提高到0.3 h^(-1)时,产品的颜色号变化显著,由+28号(赛氏颜色)降低到0.5(色度号)。滴熔点越大,加氢难度越大。
The effects of reaction temperature,volume space velocity and hydrogen to wax ratio on the hydrogenation products were investigated using Nanyang microcrystalline wax refined from clay by one-stage series process.Under the same process conditions,the hydrogenation of microcrystalline wax with different dropping point was investigated.The results show that among the process conditions investigated,the first-stage reaction temperature and volumetric space velocity have the greatest influence on the hydrogenation.With the decrease of the reaction temperature,the color number of product increases from 0.4 to 1.4.When volume space velocity increases from 0.2 h^(-1) to 0.3 h^(-1),the color number of the product changes significantly,from+28(Saybolt Color)reduced to 0.5.The higher the melting point of the droplet is,the more difficult the hydrogenation becomes.
