摘要
以山西道地药材黄芪1年生幼苗为试验材料,设置自然光、黄光、蓝光和红光4个不同处理,研究不同光质对黄芪生长、抗氧化系统和有效药效成分积累的影响。结果表明,与自然光相比,黄光和红光下超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)2种抗氧化酶活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和电导率升高,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性维持在一定水平,脯氨酸含量有所降低;蓝光下,SOD和CAT活性上下波动,但与自然光间差异不显著,POD活性和MDA含量显著低于自然光;与自然光相比,黄光、蓝光和红光3种光质处理下黄芪地上、地下部生长量均有降低,但3种主要药效成分黄酮、皂苷、多糖含量以及单株经济产量均显著提高,尤以蓝光下促进效果最明显。蓝光下通过SOD、CAT和POD这3种酶之间的协调作用,可有效启动黄芪体内抗氧化系统和次生代谢途径,并通过减弱地上部分的生长,将营养物质优先运往根部,从而促进根产量及药材品质的提高,该结果可在黄芪次生代谢物定向培育中加以利用。
Taking the annual seedlings of the authentic medicinal material Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus in Shanxi as the experimental material,4 different treatments of natural light,red light,yellow light and blue light were set to study the effect of different light quality on growth,antioxidant system and the accumulation of effective medicinal ingredients of Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus.The results showed that compared with natural light,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD),the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)and electrical conductivity increased under yellow light and red light,CAT activity remained at a certain level,and the proline content decreased.The activities of SOD and CAT fluctuated up and down under blue light,but there was no significant difference compared with natural light.POD activity and MDA content under blue light were significantly lower than those of natural light.Compared with natural light,the aboveground and underground growth of Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus decreased under yellow light,blue light and red light,but the contents of three main medicinal ingredients flavonoids,saponins and polysaccharides,and the economic yield of single plant increased significantly,especially under blue light.In summary,under blue light,through the coordination of SOD,CAT and POD,the antioxidant system and secondary metabolic pathway of Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus in the body can be effectively activated,and by reducing the growth of the aboveground parts,nutrients are preferentially transported to the roots,so as to promote the increase of root yield and quality of medicinal materials.This result can be used in the directed cultivation of Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus secondary metabolites.
