摘要
目的探讨基于跨理论多学科护理康复干预对钬激光碎石患者的影响。方法2018年6月-2019年6月选择在本院诊治的肾结石患者78例,根据随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各39例。所有患者都给予逆行输尿管软镜联合钬激光碎石治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组护理的基础上给予跨理论多学科护理康复干预,记录与随访2组的预后。结果所有患者都完成手术,结石清除率为100%。观察组术后胃肠道功能恢复时间、术后引流管拔出时间与术后住院时间都显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后2个月的并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后1 d与2个月的血清C反应蛋白(CRP)与白介素(IL)-6值都显著低于对照组(P<0.05);随访到2019年12月31日,观察组的结石复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于跨理论多学科护理康复干预在钬激光碎石患者中的应用能促进患者康复,抑制炎症因子的表达,减少术后并发症的发生,降低复发率。
Objective To explore the effect of the inter-theoretical and multidisciplinary nursing rehabilitation intervention on patients with holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,78 patients with kidney stones who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 39 cases in each group.All the patients were treated with retrograde flexible ureteroscope combined with holmium laser lithotripsy.The control group was given a routine care,while the observation group was given an inter-theoretical and multidisciplinary nursing rehabilitation intervention on the basis of the control group.The prognosis of the two groups was recorded and followed up.Results All the patients received the operation,and the stone clearance rate was 100%.The postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time,postoperative drainage tube removal time and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group 2 months after operation was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin(IL)-6 values of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group 1 day and 2 months after operation(P<0.05).Up to December 31,2019,the stone recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the cross-theoretical and multidisciplinary nursing rehabilitation intervention in patients with holmium laser lithotripsy can promote the rehabilitation,inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,and reduce the recurrence rate.
