摘要
以苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸类吸附单体为原料,采用半连续乳液聚合法合成了纳米封堵剂NanoZJS-1。利用FTIR、SEM、TG和粒径分析等方法表征了NanoZJS-1的结构。表征结果显示,NanoZJS-1呈球形,粒径分布20~300 nm,热稳定性好。对NanoZJS-1进行了封堵性能和吸附性能评价。实验结果表明,加入1.0%(w)NanoZJS-1的油基钻井液破乳电压基本不变,高温高压滤失量降低;NanoZJS-1可封堵微孔隙及微裂缝。在NanoZJS-1溶液中热滚后,龙马溪岩心表面从亲水变为疏水,可阻止滤液等进入地层,有利于解决页岩井壁稳定问题。
The nano plugging agent NanoZJS-1 was synthesized by semicontinuous emulsion polymerization using styrene and methacrylic acid adsorbent monomer as materials.The structure of NanoZJS-1 was characterized by FTIR,SEM,TG and particle size analysis.The characterization results showed that the NanoZJS-1 was spherical shape and the particle size distribution was 20-300 nm,and had good thermal stability.The plugging and adsorption capabilities of NanoZJS-1 were evaluated.The experimental results indicated that the demulsification voltage of the oil-based drilling fluid with 1.0%(w)NanoZJS-1 was almost unchanged,and the high temperature and high pressure filtration loss was reduced.NanoZJS-1 could seal micro pores and micro cracks.After hot rolling in NanoZJS-1 solution,the surface of Longmaxi core changed from hydrophilic to hydrophobic,which could prevent the filtrate from entering the formation,and it was conducive to solving the problem of shale wellbore stability.
