摘要
无障碍环境的建设体现了社会对残障人士的人文关怀。厨房用具的无障碍设计可以为肢体残疾人的正常家居生活提供基本保障。本文从单臂残疾人的生理和心理特征出发,分析其无障碍设计需求,最终完成以人体工程学为理论依据、主要服务于单臂残疾人这一特殊人群的厨房用具设计实践。
The construction of barrier-free environment reflects the humanistic care of society for the disabled.The barrier-free design of kitchen utensils can provide basic guarantee for the normal household life of physically disabled people.Starting from the physiological and psychological characteristics of the one-armed disabled people,this paper analyzes their barrier-free design needs,and put forwards the kitchen utensils design practice which mainly serves the one-armed disabled people based on the theory of ergonomics.
