摘要
结肠炎癌转化是炎性肠病长期持续向癌症演进的动态过程。研究发现附子理中汤临床干预结肠病变疗效较好,本文通过分析附子理中汤干预结肠炎癌转化的研究现状,突出中医药“既病防变”的优势与特色,为中医药早期干预癌前病变以阻延结肠炎癌转化进程提供依据,并为后期临床实践提供参考。
Colitis transforming into the carcinoma is a dynamic process for inflammatory intestinal disease developing into cancer by long-term progression.The clinical intervention effect of Fuzi Lizhong Decoction in colonic lesions is definite.In this article,the research status of Fuzi Lizhong Decoction in the intervention of colitis-carcinoma transformation was analyzed,and the advantages of preventing disease from exacerbating in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)were highlighted.It is expected to provide basis for the early TCM intervention of precancerous lesions to delay the transformation process of colitis developing into cancer,and to provide reference for the later clinical practice.
