摘要
为回应基础教育课程改革对教师素质提出的新要求、解决教师教育课程存在的现实问题,教育部于2011年10月颁布了我国第一部关于教师教育课程的国家标准——《教师教育课程标准(试行)》。该《标准》以提升教师专业素质为核心,以促进教师专业发展为目标,以育人为本、实践取向、终身学习为课程建构理念,研制出一个具有模块化、选择性、灵活性等特征的全新课程框架。《标准》实施十年,规范了我国教师教育课程设置,调整了我国教师教育课程的价值取向,推进了教师教育课程与教学创新。在新的发展阶段,《标准》面临着如何与其他相关标准有机衔接、如何在研究与实践中不断完善等问题;基于《标准》的课程创新也面临着如何与信息技术深度融合、如何加强教师教育课程的学术研究、如何加强课程创新的制度保障等一系列新课题。
In order to respond to the new requirements of the curriculum reform of elementary education for teachers’quality and solve the practical problems existing in the teacher education curriculum in China,in October 2011,the Ministry of Education promulgated the“Teacher Education Curriculum Standards(Trial)”,the first national standards for teacher education curriculum.It takes improving teachers’professional quality as the core,promoting teachers’professional development as the goal,and the idea of the education-based,the practice-oriented,and lifelong learning as the curriculum construction concept,and outlines a new curriculum framework with the characteristics of modularity,selectivity and flexibility.In the ten years since the“Standards”began to be implemented in China,the curriculum of teacher education has been standardized,the value orientation of teacher education curriculum has been adjusted,and the innovation of teacher education curriculum and teaching has been promoted.In the new period of development,the“Standards”is facing the problems of how to organically integrate with other related standards and how to continuously improve it in research and practice.The curriculum innovation based on the“Standards”is also facing a series of new problems,such as how to deeply integrate with information technology,how to strengthen the academic research of teacher education curriculum,and how to improve the institutional guarantee of curriculum innovation.
